A few weeks ago, we had the pleasure of welcoming our business partners from the Netherlands to our manufacturing facility.

For any international B2B partnership—especially across continents—digital communication, video conferences, and express sample shipments can only take a collaboration so far. There comes a point where walking the physical floor, seeing the equipment in person, and evaluating production standards firsthand becomes the definitive step in moving forward.

During their visit, we completed a thorough, end-to-end walkthrough of our manufacturing infrastructure, focusing on our production lines, equipment capabilities, and quality control operations.

When brand owners and sourcing managers visit our facility, our objective is simple: provide complete visibility into how products are made, how quality is enforced, and how standards are upheld.

1. Controlled Laboratory & Formulation Infrastructure

Before any formulation reaches high-volume production, stability and consistency must be verified in the lab. Through our observation windows and inside our testing facilities, our guests observed our analytical instruments, precision weighing stations, and standardized testing apparatus.

We walked through our testing protocols for cosmetic formulations, including:

· Viscosity and rheology testing to ensure uniform dispensing through pumps and tubes.

· pH level calibration to match strict physiological and skin-compatibility standards.

· Microbiological challenge testing and accelerated heat/cold stability trials to guarantee shelf-life integrity during international ocean transit.

This candid photo captures an unscripted moment right outside our analytical testing laboratory. With our formulation specialist holding one of our latest pump-dispensed personal care formulations, our technical team and our Dutch guests spent substantial time discussing our production methodologies and operational workflows.

2. High-Capacity Vacuum Emulsification & Bulk Manufacturing

Moving from the laboratory to the bulk processing area, we inspected our stainless steel vacuum emulsifying systems. For creams, lotions, and body care products, the emulsification stage is the core of formulation quality.

We reviewed our automated temperature control systems, variable-speed homogenizers, and closed-loop piping setups. In personal care manufacturing, maintaining uniform droplet size during emulsification is what separates a premium texture from a formula that separates over time. Our automated control panels ensure that batch heating, shearing, and vacuum cooling curves are digitally recorded and locked for every single production cycle.

3. Cleanroom Standards & Hygiene Management

As an ISO 22716 and GMPC certified manufacturing facility, environmental hygiene is non-negotiable. Our Dutch partners observed our facility zoning protocols—from raw material staging areas to secondary packaging zones:

· Dedicated air handling and filtration systems maintaining positive pressure inside cleanroom areas.

· Standardized gowning airlocks and hygiene sanitation stations for all technical personnel.

· Automated CIP (Clean-In-Place) sanitation cycles between batch transitions to eliminate cross-contamination risks.

4. Automated Filling, Packaging & In-Line Quality Verification

The tour continued along our automated filling, capping, and labeling lines. Our visitors inspected the mechanical precision of our equipment as bottles and pump dispensers move through high-speed filling nozzles.

We demonstrated our inline checkpoints, including:

· Automatic tare-weight verification to prevent under-filling or over-filling.

· High-pressure seal integrity and vacuum leakage testing for pump components and caps.

· Lot number laser coding and optical label inspection systems ensuring flawless retail packaging aesthetics.

5. Compliance Documentation & Export Readiness

Manufacturing for the European Union market requires strict adherence to EU Cosmetics Regulation (EC No 1223/2009). We reviewed our documentation management system on site, showing how every batch is backed by comprehensive traceability:

· Raw material Certificate of Analysis (COA) verification and supplier qualification records.

· Batch production records (BPR) detailing every step of the blending, filling, and packaging process.

· Full documentation packages ready to support our clients' Product Information Files (PIF) and European Responsible Person (RP) registrations.

Transparency Is the Foundation of Manufacturing

International private label and contract manufacturing is built on transparency. We want to extend our sincere appreciation to our partners from the Netherlands for taking the time to travel to Xiamen, inspect our facilities, and review our operations in detail.

We look forward to translating this technical alignment into successful upcoming product launches across Europe.

Planning an on-site supplier evaluation or sourcing trip to China? Whether you are planning a visit for upcoming trade shows or conducting an annual factory audit, our facility doors, engineering teams, and production floors are open.
